Fuzzy Coat

Last few days have been so beautiful  – the sun has been shining nice and bright, practically all the snow has melted away from the ground and it feels like happy days of Spring are already here! This kind of weather is practically unheard of for Boston in Feb.

I was in the city on Sunday for a friend’s baby shower and people were out in shorts!  That is such a stark contrast from just a weekend ago – where we were on the fringes of the snow storm. But that’s Boston weather for you!

One of the best ( and sometimes difficult! ) part about blogging is location scouting. We love exploring locations and bookmark them for shoots to come. When we first visited the Minuteman Park in Concord ( a suburb close to Boston) we knew this would serve as the backdrop of so many photoshoots ( some pictures from my Instagram here & here ) Even aside from taking pictures, we love riding our bikes here or just walking across the park in the summer. There is a historic significance to this park as well, look it up if you are curious.

Last weekend when it snowed, we bundled up like Eskimos and headed straight to the park. The water was semi-frozen and the soft snow had turned the whole park into a magical place.

This Free People coat is insanely warm and I cannot even tell you how many compliments I have received for it. It is soft and fuzzy and I seriously feel like wearing it all the time. Even to bed! Tell my mister that if he sees a big white ball of fluff on the bed, it is actually his own snow bunny  =)) xo – Neha
