And… we are here, Monday! It sure is a cliché – but the weekend does fly faster than the week. May be this must have been the basis for Einstein’s theory of relativity!
Few days back, the mister and I went down to Newburyport. It all started with me looking for some new restaurants to try ( most of our plans are based on the delicious foundation of food! ), when I stumbled upon an article about a food truck. I love the idea of food trucks – they are synonymous with summer, eating out in the open, standing in line again and again to get more and more, have the sun shining down on you – well all that is pure romance.
We come down here to Newburyport quite often with our bikes are race down to the Plum Island beach. This time with just food and sun on our minds, we gorged down the greasy-yummy food truck food, soaking every bit of the sun and chatting away to our heart’s content .
Good food… gorgeous weather and great company! Those are the true simple ingredients of a day well spent.
